Betrayal

What do you do when you experience betrayal? What do you do when someone has betrayed you?

I mean like really betrays you? Not a little undercut or a catty remark or divulging a dumb secret. I mean like when someone actually takes something that you’ve done for them and uses it to go behind your back and sell you out to your worst enemy for no reason?

Like. What do you do with that.

I’m really asking. Because I feel like the bones just got sucked out of my body and I can’t figure out how to move forward anymore.
